Our experienced Help Desk staff will assess the problem immediately. You can be assured that your MMR Help Desk consultant has many years of experience, so they can assist with most enquiries. Your call is logged into our knowledge database, this way your equipment information will be accessible to help us resolve the problem quickly.
If it's a simple query, we'll try to talk you through it there and then; we can also use remote-access tools to solve the problem from our office whilst on the phone to you by making a link, direct to your PC.
Should the problem be more complex, your query will be passed to your consultant, who will resolve it with you on the phone, or come to your office to solve it. |
