During office relocations, the whole process requires expert management . The last thing you would want is to arrive for work at the new premises to find that the equipment is in the wrong place, not connected correctly, or for some reason doesn't work. It could be catastrophic to your business. You want to be certain that it's business as usual after the big office move.

In the last three years alone, we've managed more than 20 office relocation projects in the UK, and as far away as Japan and Singapore, so you can be sure that our approach is tried and tested.

Project Planning

You discuss your objectives with us, and we assess the timescales and constraints. We will then plan the project around your needs, helping to determine which systems move and which are replaced. At this stage we audit current systems including voice and data communication systems.

Design

Should you need expert advice with designing the new network infrastructure for IT and communications, or working out the specifications for the data room, we can help. We can also help plan where your printers should be situated and what infrastructure will be needed to support them. We offer advice based on experience.

Implementation

We can manage the whole process, or work in tandem with an existing IT team. We take responsibility for every aspect of your IT including coordinating cabling installers, voice/data providers, power systems suppliers or new hardware and software. You can rely on our experience. We can provide extra IT staff to help deliver the project over a weekend, or out of hours. We will take responsibility for the relocation of all your IT equipment. We will handle all equipment dismantling and reassembly ourselves.

Systems Check and Double Check

Once the relocation is complete, we will test all the equipment to ensure that it is working correctly. Everything will be tested and double checked to be certain you are up and running.

We can give your business extra post-project, on-site support to ensure that it's business as usual from day one.
